Shipping Policy & Rates

 
We do our best to minimize the cost of shipping and reduce waste for our customers, by finding the lowest rates in addition to re-using packaging. We're happy to ship anywhere. If you have a unique request or your country is not listed in our locations, contact us at info@lostaviatorcoffee.com and we will be happy to provide you with rates.

Shipping Rates

Within Canada, shipping is free to the provinces on orders over $80, and a $10 flat rate from $60 to $80. To the territories — Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut — it is a $15 flat rate on orders over $80. Below those amounts shipping is calculated at checkout. To the United States it is free over $100, or over $80 to Alaska and Hawaii. Everywhere else is calculated at checkout — if your country is not listed, email info@lostaviatorcoffee.com and we will send you a rate.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrived damaged, please send pictures and order number to info@lostaviatorcoffee.com within 2 days of receiving your item. We don't have control over what happens to your package once it leaves our warehouse but we can control that you are satisfied and happy with your order. 

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, email us at info@lostaviatorcoffee.com with your order number within 7 business days of delivery and we will send you a replacement or refund you. Depending on the situation we may ask you to send the coffee back, or simply tell you to keep it.
